All tickets are 'Will Call' - you don't need a printed or mobile ticket. Your name will be checked on a list at the venue. See our guidelines for more.

Become a Payomet Pal Member before buying to get discounts with advance presales on most shows. Becoming a Payomet Pal Member is the best way to ensure that you get a head's up on tickets.

BALL FIELD GUIDELINES 

In order to keep these events coming, we need to ask for everyone’s cooperation to follow the guidelines below to protect your safety, other patrons, and the safety of our staff. Please read these over before you buy your tickets.
By purchasing tickets to this event, you are agreeing to the following:

Before you arrive:

  • All tickets are general admission.
  • Please purchase tickets in advance via phone or online.
  • We would like to have your cell phone number on hand to reach you quickly if there are any changes. If you are a member, please login here to make sure it is listed.
  • All tickets are ‘Will Call’. You do not need a mobile or printed ticket. Your name will be on a list at the venue and will be checked by a Payomet volunteer or staff member.
  • Please arrive no more than 45 minutes before the show and we ask for your patience while we check everyone in.
  • In the event of rain, we will schedule a rain date as soon as possible. Unfortunately, tickets for outside shows are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a show on the rain date, you should sell or give your ticket to someone else.

Parking:

  • Please follow parking attendant instructions on where to park. 
  • Vehicle ENGINES must be off for the duration of the performance.
  • Please strictly adhere to the Massachusetts state 5-minute maximum vehicle idling limit.

Patron Safety:

  • We remind you that you and your group should wear masks at all times.
  • All people in your car should attempt to keep a 6-foot distance from any person outside of your car-group. If you unable to keep a 6-foot distance (i.e., when walking to restrooms), a mask should be worn.
  • Please feel free to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages, but we ask that you take trash home with you, adhering to a “carry-in, carry-out” policy. 
  • No smoking is permitted on-site.
  • No pets are permitted on-site.
  • Porta-potties will be available and monitored to ensure safety. Please adhere to six-foot social distancing while waiting to use them.

 

PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets are primarily purchased online. If you’d prefer to purchase over the phone please call 508-487-5400. We suggest reserving your tickets in advance.

Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase and payment will be immediately deposited and processed upon receipt. Visa, Mastercard, personal checks or money orders are welcome.

There is a convenience fee for orders placed online. Orders by phone or at the Box Office may also be subject to a handling fee. Payomet Pal Members get discount pricing. Find out how you can become a member.

There will be a $25 service fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

 

TICKET DELIVERY

At this time, all tickets are Will Call. You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase. You will not receive a printed ticket or mobile ticket. Your name will be on the show manifest at Will Call, which opens 60-minutes prior to showtime. Photo ID may be required.

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

2022 Season ticket policy:
We want you to feel secure in your ticket purchase during these difficult times.
If a show is postponed or canceled, we will convert your tickets to the rescheduled date, apply it to any other Payomet show, credit your account to be used at any time, or refund the entire amount.
If your show takes place as scheduled and you don't feel well, we ask you to stay home and call us at 508-487-5400 to convert your tickets.

If it is only a bit of inclement weather, performances will take place rain-or-shine. Our tent is strong and dry. If the show is outdoors on our ball field, you may stay in your car to enjoy the performance. The concert will be simulcast on the radio so you don't miss a beat.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts must be requested at the time of purchase and may NOT be used in any combination or retroactively.

Full-price tickets may not be exchanged later for discounted tickets nor may a refund be given for the difference between the full price and the discounted price of the ticket.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Thank you for being a member! You will receive a discount on most tickets with the exception of VIP seating.

To claim your discount online:
- You must be logged in to receive your member discount. Please login before starting your transaction. 
- Member discounts are applied on the Shopping Cart page after you have selected your tickets. 
- Click the dropdown menu to choose "Member Allocations".  

Phone or Box Office purchases:
- Please tell us that you are a member before you request your ticket...we love our members and want to make the process as smooth as possible.

There are no member discounts on VIP (front row) seats.

 

HOUSE RULES

The house generally opens 45 minutes prior to a performance. At major shows, many patrons come early and bring a picnic!  

Beer and wine are available for sale at most of our concerts and special events. You may not bring your own alcoholic beverages onto the site, per Massachusetts law.

You are guaranteed a seat in the section where you purchased your ticket only. For most shows at the tent, VIP seating and Preferred seating are reserved (see the seating chart online). General Admission seats are open seating by section.

For Family shows & Circus, a child 24 months and younger may be admitted without a ticket; so long as the child occupies the same seat as a ticket holder. For all other performances, persons without tickets will not be allowed to enter.

 

SEATING INFORMATION

During the 2022 season, we will be mindful of social distancing and may rearrange our seating to create more space between guests. If you have concerns, please call the box office at 508-487-5400. If you do not feel well, please stay home and we will be happy to refund or covert your ticket to any other show at Payomet.

Shows on our ball field will be set up for your optimal listening and viewing pleasure. We will park cars in the back of the field, and patrons will sit in the front of the field by the stage. You may bring a blanket or your own lawn chair to enjoy the show, or borrow one of our chairs.  For headline shows, we will designate seating sections with different price points. We will issue a seating chart for your review prior to purchasing your tickets. 

For shows under the tent, we will set up the space for your optimal listening and viewing pleasure. When we present headline shows, the tent will be set up similar to a concert hall. For a more intimate performance, there will be tables set up similar to a jazz club. We also present shows that invite you to dance, such as some of our reggae and bluegrass bands, and for those performances, there will be a dance floor. And then there are shows where each ticket is General Admission, where one chooses their seat, first come, first served.
